How to share Your Google Meet Recordings with BusinessGPT automatically

To let BGT analyze your meetings, you need to share your meeting recordings with your designated Google AGI user.

Share your Meet Recordings with your AGI Google User

In the email that AGAT sent you upon completing your system setup, you received a Google user email to share your meetings with. To share your recordings with this user, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Google Drive and find your Meet Recordings folder - this is the default folder where Google stores your recordings and transcriptions in.

  2. Right-click on the folder and click Share

  3. Add the user and click Send

To find the value of the email to share with - look at the top of the page of the Google drive integration: For our demo env it wouild be agidemo@agatsolutions.com
