  • General design changes for a more official look and feel.

General

  • The following fields were added for the new rule function: Rule type and Classification Type. Added “Scope“ field for Data rules

Note that the Rule type is just used for organizing the rules and does not yet have a behavioral impact.

Firewall > Dashboard

  • Decimal numbers have been removed from the graphs

  • Fixed bug - Mismatch between the numbers in the graph and the numbers in the "Show All" list

User Reports > Firewall

  • Added Firewall reports report, which shows the data of the connected user only

  • The report contains the following:

    • Top Data classifications

    • Top Usage classifications

    • Top topics

    • Top specific usage

    • PII entities

    • Activity risk by time

    • Policy activity bytime

    • Activity by risk level

    • Policy activity by action

  • Added Usage report page per user
    The report shows the user:

    • Content type pie

    • Questions chart in the last six months

    • Total cost, questions, and content items

    • List of collections (in next version will include all items by size and number of questions)

Account management > Account settings

  • Added “Account Settings“ page

    • On this page, the user can set various restrictions on the system, such as: Monthly Upload Limit, Maximum File Upload Size and Link Collection Limit in Site

    • The user can choose which groups can have restricted access to documents, sites, collections, and so on

    • On this page, the user can configure the connection to Atlassian Confluence

  • Added Users and Groups, which shows which group each user belongs to from the data synced from Azure AD.
