Customizing Package Key

What is a package key?

The package key can be used to uniquely identify the customer’s company in traffic originating for the SphereShield Launcher App.

 

How to change the package key

  1. Log into the Database

  2. Open the “Settings” table

  3. In the table, search for the name “LauncherCompanySecret”

  4. Change the value

  5. Set the same value in the MDM App config settings under the “Package Key” value
