How to change the SIP Filter for a new Edge Pool

When changing the SIP Filter it needs to be configured as a valid Skype for Business application.

To do so re-run the following command with the new Edge Pool FQDN:

New-CsServerApplication -identity "Service:EdgeServer:<Edge Pool>/lync_access_control" -uri "http://www.agatsolutions.com/lync_access_control" -critical $false -enable $true -priority 0
