Logs & Settings Action Plan for Bastion & LAC Crash/Freeze issues
Please follow this action plan in order to collect the following logs:
If crash dumps were created:
- Collect the whole C:\Agat\logs folder, including the .dmp file
Send the logs to AGAT Software Support
If crash dumps were not created:
- Backup the whole C:\Agat\logs folder
- Delete the content of the C:\Agat\logs folder
- Create an empty text file in the C:\Agat\Bastion\ folder and name it Bastion.exe.debug.full
- Restart the bastion
- Replicate the scenario causing the crash
Send the logs to AGAT Software Support
- The logs are located by default in C:\Agat\Logs
- The Filter files are located by default in C:\Agat\Bastion\filters
- In case the Bastion crashes typically dump files are generated automatically in the following location C:\Agat\Logs\Lync_Access_Control\ and will have .dmp
file extension.
