You can configure IM notifications to notify a user about a violation of Ethical Wall/DLP policies

  1. Create a BOT user with Teams license. Setup the user without Conditional AccessIn SphereShield Admin

  2. Portal browse Settings - Notifications

  1. Set “Enable IM notifications” to Yes. Fill user credentials and save.

  1. Set User notification type to IM. You can also edit the User notification message
