You can configure Email Notification for Ethical Wall\DLP incidents and Channel Management exports.

  1. Get credentials of a BOT user or a regular user which will be the sender of these emails

  2. Browse Settings - Notifications in Admin Portal

  3. Configure your SMTP settings and user credentials (most common email servers like Microsoft and Gmail require SSL and authentication)

  1. Click Save and try to send a test email

Setup Email notifications for a user with MFA

If the user has MFA in place, you need to use App Password instead of regular password.
