To integrate with all organization files from SharePoint, you need to consent permissions to the Azure BusinessGPT app. This must be done using an Azure admin. Once this process is complete, all users in the organization will be able to use their data from SharePoint.

 

  1. navigate to Account Management > Account Settings

  1. Under "Azure Integration" click "Consent Permissions", review and accept the required permissions. You can either sync AD groups or not, see here

  1. After getting the successful screen, navigate again to Account Management > Account Settings, you’ll see now "Azure permissions were consented"
