Knowledge base source for chat - WIP

In the general chat, a user can choose “Choose knowledge,” which opens the list of sources that the admin has enabled in the account settings under “Data sources for knowledge base.”

After choosing a data source, the user can browse the data by going through the different levels and eventually select a level for the chat.

The user can start from the knowledge base menu:
