Logs & Settings Action Plan for Internal Services API

Please follow this action plan in order to collect the Access Portal logs and settings: 


  1. Go to the IIS Server hosting the Internal services 
  2. Explore the Internal services folder managed by IIS or through the Inetpub folder located by default at D:\Inetpub
  3. Change the log level to debug by changing the log4net.config file found in the <internal services folder>\config folder.
  4. Switch <level value="INFO"> to <level value=”DEBUG”>
  5. Replicate the issue.
  6. Send AGAT Support the files from the exact date. by default, the log folder should be located at D:\intetpub\<internal services folder>\Logs
