How to Deploy SphereShield for SfB DLP?
This guide will help you with instruction on how to install, configure and maintain SphereShield for SfB DLP integration.
Instructions
Before installing
First, you will want to understand What are the different components of SphereShield for SfB and decide Where Should the SIP Filter Be Installed and if you need to install Bastion - the more common topology is installing the SIP Filter on the Edge, in order to prevent data leak to external parties.
After deciding on a topology, prepare the SIP Filter Software Requirements and Admin Portal and Database Hosts Requirements (optional: DMZ Bastion Host Requirements)
Installation
When all the requirements are set and ready, you can start installing the SphereShield for SfB software. Reach out to our support team to get the latest version of the SphereShield for SfB Package.
To install SphereShield for SfB DLP you need to follow these steps:
- Run the initial configuration of the Installer (you can skip Bastion, if not needed)
- Run the installer on the Portal Server
- Run the installer on the SfB Front End or SfB Edge
Configuration
After running the installation, you can start configuring the DLP integration.
