Main changes

  • Add Data analytics capabilities (utilizing AI Agents) to perform complex data analysis operations on Excel, databases, and files. The analytics can generate Excel files and graphic charts and create and modify documents and files.

  • We have added a “Database“ page where users can connect Databases or specific tables with a schema description and ask questions about them.

  • Add reports and auditing per AI service (ChatGPT, Teams Copilot, Gemeine etc)

  • Fixed bug - Google Drive files and emails failed to upload to the Dashboard

  • Chatbot UI enhancements and option for public data only.



General

  • Added “Google user UPN“ field in the “BusinessGPT Settings“ page for onprem deployment.

  • Enhanced the error page: Added instructions on how to contact support, as well as a 'Go Back' button

Private AI > Data sources

  • Added an advanced search bar, the user can search for item filtering by Content Name, Collection Name, Status and Sensitivity Level

  • Added “CONTENT INFO“ button, which opens a window with the item Name, Content ID, Number of Tokens, and the Environment. This is needed for troubleshooting and integration with API for Slack or other needs using BusinessGPT API


Data Analysis

  • Added “Database“ page where the user connects a Database / selected tables and asks questions about them

  • The user can choose whether to analyze the database using analysis or through embeddings.

  • Under “Table schema description,” you can add text explaining how the database is structured so the AI can analyze it more effectively.

 

Sites

  • Fixed bug - Items in the "Show content" list were not displayed.

Private AI > Chatbot

  • New design for the page to clarify the new chat button.

  • Add an option to create a new chat on the same content as the existing chat.

     

  • Added an option to ask the ChatBot on Private data only

  • New option to remove the “AGI“ animation. This can be found under Account Managment>Account Settings>Show AGI animation

  • Fixed bug - removed HTML tags that were added when you performed copy and paste of the responses

  • Improved the responsiveness of the "AGI" icon when reducing the window size

  • Fixed bug - Copy button didn’t work on edge Browser

  • Removed AI models 4 and 4o

Share ChatBot

  • Fixed bug - The option to submit an empty question has been blocked

Collections

  • Fixed bug - The collection names were not updated after being edited

Emails

  • Fixed bug - Gmails failed to upload to the dashboard

Drive

  • Fixed bug - Drive files failed to upload to the Dashboard

Atlassian Confluence

  • Fixed bug - The page couldn’t be accessed

Firewall Dashboard

  • Added “Top AI Services“ graph

Account Activity Auditing

  • Long responses are now displayed briefly with an option to view more text

  • Added a Usage Icon to the list. When usage is identified, the Icon is full of color

  • An appropriate message has been added when no usage/specific classification is found due to the prompt being too short

  • Added an “AI Service“ column

  • Added “Chat context“ field. The context is populated when possible with info on the platform context that the prompt was asked for. For example, the word document name that the Copilot was used from.

  • Merged the policy name and risk level into a one-column

Usage management

  • New option to choose usage classification in the Advanced search tool

  • Added the option to filter prompts by Has/Hasn’t classification

  • Added New options for the firewall inspection scope: “None“ and “Promote, Files, and Response. “
