Main changes

Functional Lite mode homepage - The page has been updated to improve usability and accessibility by making it a functional page instead of information as before.
Lite mode chat features: The chat interface has been changed to make Prompt Startups and Answer styles more accessible. Users can now quickly select predefined instructions for more structured and efficient responses.
Focused chat list - Allow user to reorder the list of company assistants and indicate new assistants
SP preview in Smart Search - Added Preview for SharePoint Files
Highlight similar words in Smart Search results - Added option to ‘Highlight similar words’ in document preview of search results

Change the term “Pre-defined chat” to “Company assistant chat”

The homepage has been updated to improve usability and accessibility. The following improvements have been implemented:

Public chat – Get answers from public knowledge.
Company chat - Get answers from all the company data you have access to.
Smart Search - Search through all company content to find exact and similar results.
Company Assistant Chats – Chats configured for specific company content, designed to be experts in that area.

A new Chose stye dropdown has been added, allowing users to select pre-built instructions for the chatbot, defining how it should respond based on different needs, such as competitor analysis, creative writing, customer support, and more.

Added Prompt startups to the AI chat interface, allowing users to select predefined instructions for more structured and efficient responses quickly

Chat history list - Added a relevant icon next to each chat in the list for improved visual identification and user experience.

Order Company Assistant Chat - Enabled the ability to change chat order using drag-and-drop.
Added a new icon for chats that are new and have never been used.

Added an Advanced Search tool to search for instructions by name, type, or associated plan.

Added Preview for SharePoint files.
Added ‘Highlight similar words' to the preview display, so as ‘Next’ and 'Previous’ buttons in order move between the similar words in an easy and convenient way.
