Symptoms
  • MDM Integration with Blackberry is configured
AND
  • Only 100 devices are pulled from the MDM 
AND
  • Access Portal version is lower than 3.4.12.6

Solution

  • Upgrade the Access Portal to version 3.4.12.6 or higher
