How to pull JSON format list of MDM

Please note, if there’s more then 1 MDM server configured you have to temporarily change the number of servers to 1 and then download the “MDM RESPONSE TO FILE”

First Way

In the Admin Portal go to “Settings“ → “MDM Integration“ → “Download MDM response to file“

Second Way

Set “ProvideMdmRequests“ to “True“ in the ApplicationSettings.config file (Usually located in C:\Inetpub\AccessPortal\configuration)

2. Reset IIS

3. In the Admin Portal go to “Settings“ → “MDM Integration“ → “Run MDM tasks of maintenance now“

4. The file will be created in the logs folder (Usually located in C:\Inetpub\AccessPortal\logs\MDM.vendorname_device.json)
