iOS 13 redirect problem

Description: As iOS 13 for iPad has been released we have noticed that they are being blocked in the sign in process.

Cause: The issue is caused because iOS 13 iPad sends the wrong user agent.

Solution: The following changes needs to be applied:

  1. Go to Access Portal admin site -> MDM Integration -> SkypeShield App redirect page HTML.

2. Back up the current SkypeShield App redirect page HTML.

3. Change the HTML code to the code attached.

4. Restart the Bastion service.
